"I live in Nanaimo and the blinds that were in our house when we moved in were Hunter Douglas. Unfortunately the cord used to lift the blind up broke and went into the blind. They went out of their way to accommodate me and did the repair on a Saturday morning immediately after I left the blind with them, so that I could drive back to Nanaimo that day. The cost was minimal and the service was excellent."
